Restored Body & Soul is a locally owned wellness studio in Belton, MO, just outside the Raymore city line. We offer therapeutic massage, sports recovery massage, Swedish/relaxation massage, and prenatal massage, with personalized add-ons including hot stones, soft cupping, scar tissue therapy, and Reiki.

We’re passionate about helping people slow down, recover from the demands of everyday life, and create more space for nervous system regulation—especially those experiencing stress, overwhelm, or burnout. We also offer standalone Reiki sessions and workplace wellness services that support employee well-being through chair massage, guided relaxation, breathwork, and other accessible practices.
